Interview
I applied online and went to the hiring event the following weekend. The Interview process was fast and easy, with the manager asking for my availability. I was contacted a few days after to begin the onboarding process.
The manager was 45 minutes late to my interview and it only lasted 5 minutes but I got (and accepted) the job. Overall it was okay but I was annoyed at the fact they were late.
Had a nice and cheerful interviewer. Questions were standard and wanted to know more about your experience and why you want to work at Michael's, what previous work experience you have.
