Interview
The interviewer was absolutely awful. She seemed nice and down to earth, but my god, she would not stop talking The whole interview took a total of 10 minutes and she barely even let me speak. She was talking about 95% of the time. She would ask me a few questions at once, continue talking, then ask me different questions. Completely unprofessional. I don't know how you expect to figure out if a candidate is the right fit for a job if you don't even let them speak! She called me the next day to tell me that she didn't think I'd be the right fit for the job. Oh well, I tried my best with what I was given.
Walked in and they told me to fill out a form online. I filled out the form online and I waited for them to get back to me. They got back to me and I started working there.
The interview process was painless and insightful. The manager told me about the position, the hours and gave me a tour around the store. I was able to ask questions about the stocking process, the possibility of moving to a cashier position and whom I might be reporting to.

I met with a junior manager and he barely looked at my resume. I had no retail experience except at restaurants. He didn't ask me many questions and hired me on the spot. I think they were desperate for more employees.
