I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Micron Technology (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
A friend of mine referred me at Micron and within 2 days I was called to setup a phone interview. The interview was very bad, because I am not into testing and mistakenly my friend referred me to that position.
They asked me if I know how to work on oscilloscopes and some other terms that I even didn't hear before.
But, maybe for people who have taken atleast one testing courses will not feel so hard.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Micron Technology (Singapore)
Interview
it was a mass hiring. all processes were professional, there would be people leading you all the way. the interviewer just asked me some non-technical questions and it's quite fast
On campus placement opportunity for test engineer.first level was the aptitude test which contained basic aptitude questions only but in a limited time frame of 1 hour
Then technical interview for 1 hour and then HR round for 30 mins
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly resume based questions and past internship questions
4 rounds interview, 3 technical interviews to test my understanding, the first round was more behavioral. Understand C\C++ related questions, CMOS, Electric related questions, over all was a good experience and the recruiters to the engineers made it a great experience
