Midwest Roofing interview questions

Manager spoke with me for 30+ minutes by phone, and invited me to ride with his crew to evaluate if we had a fit. The weather was bad when our appointment came, so he said we would reschedule when he returned from vacation. I tried him 3 times with no answer. 3 weeks later I got an email saying they went in another direction... but they are still advertising the job.
