Miltenyi Biotec Logistics Associate interview questions

I was interviewed via telephone by their HR intern. She has absolutely ZERO clue as to what was required of this position and claimed my background and experience did not match the position. With 3 different warehouse/logistic roles and being a current logistics broker, I have more experience than needed for this role and he lack of knowledge is doing a complete disservice for this company.
