Long. Spoke with 8 different people (from different departments) over the course of 3 or 4 weeks. Many interviews were allotted 30 minutes but often would go over as the interviewers were given a list of questions they had to ask (most felt like HR questions that were given to them not questions they came up with themselves).
I never got the time to ask the executive team the questions I wanted to better understand the role due to everyone's assigned questions. It felt a bit too contrived and didn't allow for the interviewee (me) to get in all of my questions.
I ended up spending ~7-8 hours in interviews and on the final stage had an assignment + final presentation.
Overall, the team seems great and I think the company is poised for success. The biggest let down was after spending as much time as I did interviewing (and seemingly getting to the final stage) they didn't actually tell me why I didn't get the job. Just that they weren't going to hire me. Seemed a bit disrespectful and like maybe they wasted my time.
