Like many other companies during the economic downturn of 2022, we unfortunately needed to conduct two rounds of layoffs. This is something we never take lightly and only as a last resort. We're grateful that Mixlab has experienced significant growth since then, allowing us to continue expanding our team to meet the needs of our customers. We understand how difficult those decisions can be for those affected and for the broader team. Creating a workplace where employees feel heard, respected, and supported is incredibly important to us. While we don't believe favoritism or retaliation reflect our values, we recognize that perception matters, and feedback like yours helps us continue evaluating how we communicate, lead, and build trust across the organization. Regarding compensation, we regularly benchmark our pay against the market to help ensure we remain competitive while also continuing to invest in our people through growth opportunities and benefits.
