Thank you for sharing your experience. We are glad you enjoyed our team building events and the camaraderie of your colleagues, as we truly value the community we've built. However, we are concerned to hear your feedback regarding management, training, and the workplace culture. We strive to #DoWhatsRight by treating every employee as an individual, not a number, and your comments regarding micromanagement and communication are being taken seriously as we refine our leadership approach. We would appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your experience to ensure we are addressing these concerns effectively. Please feel free to reach out to our People Team directly at people@mixlab.com to discuss this further. Best, The Mixlab Team

Pros

Opportunities to branch out and/or up for those that seek them out and put in the work. I started as an entry level specialist because I wanted to get in on the ground floor of what appeared to be my dream job- and was able to grow and develop into my current position based on my skillset and willingness to take on more! inclusive workcenter great stock options solid team culture- everyone willing to wear multiple hats to make it happen for the business, clients and staff. Remote and hybrid work options for certain departments that are not required to be in person Good pay solid health benefit options

Cons

if you require lots of structure and guidance, this may be a challenging place to work. I'd compare the culture to "startup" culture. It is critical to be adaptable, resilient, and a strong self manager to do well here in my opinion. there is no shortage of work and a positive attitude will go a long way at a fast moving place like Mixlab.
