I started as an entry level specialist because I wanted to get in on the ground floor of what appeared to be my dream job- and was able to grow and develop into my current position based on my skillset and willingness to take on more! inclusive workcenter great stock options solid team culture- everyone willing to wear multiple hats to make it happen for the business, clients and staff. Cons
if you require lots of structure and guidance, this may be a challenging place to work. I'd compare the culture to "startup" culture. It is critical to be adaptable, resilient, and a strong self manager to do well here in my opinion. there is no shortage of work and a positive attitude will go a long way at a fast moving place like Mixlab.
