The application process was very easy and got a call the next day! The interview process was also very quick. Within just 4-5 days, I had interviewed 3 times (1 with HR, 1 with the current HoC, & 1 with the Operations VP). Their timeline for filling the role was even great. As most candidates would, I followed up with a thank you e-mail the following day, as well. A week had passed so I followed-up with HR and received no response. I followed up with the VP a couple days later, as well, since the window they had given me had past. A few days later, I received a message that I would get an email regarding a decision. 3-4 weeks later and have not received any correspondence. Not upset with not getting the position, but it is disheartening that, as a candidate who had gone through multiple interviews, no e-mail (not even a generic one) was sent out.
