Was an incredible experience from start to finish, despite the fact I was not offered a position in the end. Was able to meet directly with three members of senior leadership. All three were incredibly professional yet highly personable. They determined I was overqualified in terms of the role for which I had applied, but wanted to learn more and stay in communication regardless. They were each very candid about the business and their vision—I learned a tremendous amount through each conversation. The company clearly has great leadership in place and is also well positioned to accomplish their mission. Despite the lack of an offer, I came away extremely impressed.
