Phone interview with recruiter and then in person with VP of Sales. Easy interview although the VP seemed to have forgotten I was coming in and was unaware of my background. He asked pretty standard questions, gave a tour of the office and showed me around - and then made me an offer via email.

Interview with manager and mini-presentation to show sales skills. It was very informative and gave me a good understanding of job and requirements for success. Sitting in the lunch room waiting for the interview gave me a chance to see the interaction between current employees and engage with a couple of them before the interview. This was very helpful.
