Interview

Interview process has changed since I was hired but I had an initial call with recruiter then two meetings with the VP of sales. Easy interviews where VP did most of the talking. Important to bring intelligent questions to the table.

Interview

Phone interview with recruiter and then in person with VP of Sales. Easy interview although the VP seemed to have forgotten I was coming in and was unaware of my background. He asked pretty standard questions, gave a tour of the office and showed me around - and then made me an offer via email.

I found them to be very responsive in the hiring process and transparent. It starts with a :30 minute interview and if successful is followed up by a 1 hour (longer if you are fit) where you are interviewed by the key execs in the business. You get a yes or no very quickly. Good questions and process

This company understands the demands of inside sales. If you don't have them in your resume you are likely not to be called. Probably the more difficult questions revolved on how to overcome lack of urgency in the sale of a tech product to a technology laggard customer.
