Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you communicate with people, how are your management skills, how would you define good customers service, what appeals to you about this role, what do you thinks makes a good teammate,
Communication throughout the process was extremely disappointing. 97% it would involve a 1-2 word text with extended period of time in between leaving confusion and no knowledge of what was going on instead of simply calling or emailing with actual details. Day of interview was via Google Meets where after being the only one on the call for quite sometime having to disconnect and call to find out that it was forgotten about by the District Manager just for him to finally get on and unprofessionally not pay attention but to act in a manner that I would assume his employees are talked down to instead of being coached.
