Interview
Interviewed with a FA and service manager. Neither had reviewed my resume prior to the interview so they knew nothing about me and hardly asked any questions. From what I could observe, morale in the office seemed low, it was disorganized and the whole environment was just impersonal and unfriendly. One interviewer told me I'd have better opportunities for growth at another investment firm and cautioned me about the perils of working in finance. I was asked what kind of salary I'd expect to earn.
