Abby, was amazing and a pleasure to interview with. She was very communicative from the beginning of the process to the end. She is very knowledgeable about the firm, it's origins, culture, goals and expectations. She was able to answer robust questions regarding benefits, case load, case management style and available training even though its outside of her department and would be touched on in the second interview. Again, I appreciated her communication and her follow through after the interview was complete. There is a second round interview, my was Steve- who is super energetic and passionate about what he the company is looking for in a case manager. The questions were expected on my end (mostly about managing client expectations). Overall, good experience for a nerve wrecking process.
