Got a phone call interview shortly after submitting my application. I have a four-year degree and plenty of experience related to this field. My interview was the following week where I showed up and was interviewed by a nice woman and someone shadowing her. Questions were a little vague and I didn’t know how to answer all of them. Some were too specific, especially about the ones with coworkers. I don’t believe the interviewer liked the answers I provided, but I believe the questions themselves weren’t great for getting to know a candidate and figuring out whether they’re a good fit or not.
