A lot of misalignment and confusion between the information that is shared publicly vs. during the interview process. Listed as an email marketing position, after interviewing it was revealed that they want the role to be 50% graphic design based which is not at all mentioned as a need or want in the job posting. Then ruled me out as a candidate even though I have experience for the job I had applied for which is email marketing.
