I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Motional (Boston, MA) in Aug 2021
Interview
I have been following this company since it was called Nutonomy and I seriously think that it has potential to become something great but I cannot just let go of the fact that this company has the worst recruiters. It is absolutely a recruiting hell hole. When I applied last year, I got an email from the recruiter. He set up a time for us to talk but then never called. I followed up and two days later, he rescheduled without any apologies. The interview went well and I was told I'd be coming in for the interview with the hiring manager. Then got ghosted!
Then a month ago, I applied for another position. I heard back from the recruiter a week after I applied asking for my availability for a time to speak. I gave my availability and then I did not hear back. I followed up with an email. The recruiter replied two days after my initial follow up saying that he will be reaching out to me at the end of the week to speak. Then never heard from him again. It has been 3 weeks since that email and I still haven't been rejected
Please don't reach out to potential candidates if you don't even have the courtesy to speak to them after asking them for their availability again and again.
