I had a very bad interview experience with Mphasis. The interviewer was extremely arrogant and unprofessional in their approach. Despite the fact that I answered all the questions clearly and to the best of my ability, the interview was abruptly ended within just 10 minutes. There was no proper discussion, feedback, or opportunity to showcase my skills or experience. This behavior was disappointing and left a negative impression of the organization. Mphasis should seriously work on improving its interview process and ensure that interviewers are well-trained, respectful, and capable of conducting fair and meaningful interviews with candidates.

During a professional interview, it's important for the panelists and the candidate to introduce themselves to each other. However, in this case, one of the panelists did not mention his name. Instead, he simply referred to himself as 'J' and instructed the candidate to call him 'J'. Unprofessional behaviour, even he doesn't know the basics how to speak others.. might help think the Panelist is the high-level post in mphasis...

Contacted by one of the recruiting agencies for the role, and the interviewer focused mainly on the syntax of pyspark and SQL functions, with no logical questions about spark or data engineering.
