Called with job offer a day later. Went in for a Drug and back ground check Once that came back (48 hours) I was called back for paper work completion. Scheduled for training the next week.

First you get interviewed followed by a few other people. If you get a call back that you're hired you get an email and you have to fill out the information. Lastly, you would have to pass the background check and drug test.
