I submitted an application online, had an in-person interview on my college campus, and then an on-site interview. The on-site interview was a two day affair where the first was a tour of the office and formal dinner and the second was a more traditional interview.

Drug tested, and required to hold alcohol server certificate. Initial interview was about me and what my future plans are. The manager just wanted to know that I was not a moron...and could multitask, be friendly, and do some math.

Had two interviews. First on the telephone with a recruiter. Three behavioral questions and talk about my resume. Second interview was in person with DM very informal and just asked me why I wanted to join Murphy.
