Overall, it was a positive experience, because everyone I spoke with was very friendly. The interview was quite long—about 3.5 hours—with several individual interviewers. On the negative side, I never received any follow-up, not even a standard rejection notice. It seemed there was a rush to interview and select a candidate, but communication was inconsistent. Additionally, there was some miscommunication with the recruiter, who indicated that hiring wouldn’t happen until the new year, which contradicted the interview process timeline.
