      Off to a great start

      Pros

      I haven’t been here long but I have been received well. The warm welcome from the team and the willingness to get answers or point me in the right direction lets me know that I’m in great hands

      Cons

      The interview process was a little longer than I’d like but due to all the holidays I understand and after I met the team I was willing to drop other offers to focus on my last interview which was a presentation

      Good work-from-home culture but issues with leadership

      Pros

      Really strong work from home culture, most the people are pretty nice and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      A couple of really loud corporate types cause problems for everybody else. It's not clear at all that leadership has Any idea what they're doing and stock prices are plummeting and layoffs continue. Too many people think they're the CEO

      Great direct manager, but C-level leadership struggles

      Pros

      Direct Manager was incredible. Very understanding and helpful. The team as a whole was exceptional.

      Cons

      C level leadership is far removed from the day to day operations. C level leadership is not qualified for the positions that they have. The company has experienced multiple layoffs. The company put all their faith in a few large contracts and when they left it resulted in a massive revenue loss.
