Pros

Work from home, PTO is always approved, great 401k.

Cons

High preformers are treated like and endless well, long after they've been run dry. Burnout is beyond rampant across the board. If you're someone who strives to improve things, you'll be labeled as a trouble maker with a bad attitude - management doesn't want to hear your ideas, they want to hear you say how great theirs are, no matter how dumb they may be. I've lost count of how many times processes changed, metrics measurements shifted, or communication slipped through the cracks. Consistency is a word they've never heard of at Myriad. The people who advance are the "go along to get along" types that don't challenge ideas or processes. The promotions process is an absolute joke; you can make every goal, join every pointless committee, go above and beyond and then some, but still be told you didn't do enough. I was practically supervising the team while my supervisor actively stole my ideas (I literally watched him type my words into the supervisor chats as I said them, claiming my efforts and knowledge as his own) multiple times. My individual achievements and contributions were routinely regarded as "team successes" and never my own, while I watched mediocre employees win awards for doing the bare minimum. The best employees have given up because there's just no use in trying anymore. I don't know anyone there that isn't looking for a new job, if they haven't found one already. Auths management plays clear favorites, and actively drive high performing reps out the door with retaliation, harassment and bullying. That is IF they stoop so low as to have to actually speak with us low life commoners, which they'll avoid at all costs. The entire company feels like a sinking ship on the brink of bankruptcy. If they don't sell soon (and they're trying to), I don't expect them to be around much longer. Turnover at the VP level and higher is happening at a breakneck speed and has been for years. Theyve already laid off 70 people in tech so they can offshore those jobs - who's next?
