Interview
After submitting my application and resume online, I was contacted via e-mail by HR. They asked me to complete a video interview through the application HireVue. A couple days after submitting my phone video interview, I received a call asking for an in person interview at the job site. I met first with a member of HR, then with three supervisors, and then the manager.

Interview
The interview felt procedural, more like a checklist than a dialogue. The questions were straightforward but lacked conversational flow or insight into the team’s culture or the role. I had spent a lot of time learning about the company’s mission and familiarizing myself with the role and their testing services, so it was disappointing that the exchange felt surface level, mechanical, and scripted, as though the focus was more on completing a checklist than actually learning about me as a candidate. It would have been nice to see a bit more engagement or enthusiasm about the role and the company’s mission.

Interview process with pretty average. Applied for one job and interviewed. Interviewer felt I wasn't right for that position but asked if my name could be passed to different department.
