I am a rehire. I got in contact with Aaron Skinner who contacted HR. They then emailed me to set up an interview. I didn't hear back but luckily talked to Aaron who told me when my interview was.

The interview felt procedural, more like a checklist than a dialogue. The questions were straightforward but lacked conversational flow or insight into the team’s culture or the role. I had spent a lot of time learning about the company’s mission and familiarizing myself with the role and their testing services, so it was disappointing that the exchange felt surface level, mechanical, and scripted, as though the focus was more on completing a checklist than actually learning about me as a candidate. It would have been nice to see a bit more engagement or enthusiasm about the role and the company’s mission.
