I had 4 rounds of interviews with a lot of people, lab manager, lab supervisors, CLS leads and CLSs. questions seemed very redundant and they asked me to define PCR like 4 times. I had the interviews in July and got ghosted since. A simple rejection email would've been sufficient but ghosting, specially since I know people who have been accepted received their acceptance email about 2 weeks ago, seems very unprofessional and rude to me. No wonder why they have shortage of staff..
