This was from a few years back before COVID. The first interview was just a phone screener with an HR person. The second interview was a quick phone interview with the manager. Lastly, we come to the third interview on-site at their Mason, Ohio office. They had me scheduled to speak with multiple people across their Software Engineering and User Experience departments. I believe I was at the building for about 3-4 hours in total. Everything went okay in the interview, but talking to several people over that amount of time was a bit exhausting. They just asked your typical questions and some of the devs I met with gave me some whiteboarding problems for database design and C# code. After the interview, I didn't hear back from them for weeks, so I assumed they ghosted me. However, I did eventually hear back from them with a rejection about a month and a half after the on-site interview. Overall, the process was okay, but being on-site for that long and having to keep switching rooms and repeating myself to new people was tedious. I also wasn't able to ask questions I had for certain people there as we ran out of time with me answering their questions.

I had a 30 minute interview with the director where she told me about the company and followed by an hour interview with 3 developers. I coded 2 algorithms, they gave feedback and added a few caveats so I had to adjust my solution accordingly. That was all! Very quick process.
