The process was overall smooth until the end. Started with a screening call Feb 27th. A week later interview with department manager. Two weeks later interview with campaign manager. After this interview I did not receive any contact. I waited to reach out at about 3 weeks after this second interview and was told I would no longer be moving along in the process. This is understandable as you can't win them all. However, interview processes are time consuming and draining on candidates. I hope they, along with other companies, can respond as soon as they know a candidate is not being selected to move forward. It only adds to discouragement and anxiety by not providing updates and/or ghosting a candidate.
