After applying on their website and indeed, I had a conversation back and forth over email with a recruiter. They had me provide a screenshot of a typing test as well. We scheduled a time to come in. They gave a brief tour of the lab and then sat in a small conference room with me and two interviewers (lab supervisors). One was friendly;y and the other was very standoff-ish and cold.
