Was told to prepare a SWOT analysis of the department I had applied for and that I would be presenting it to the head of buying for that market. The interview went well however I was told I would be contacted with feedback about how it went, I chased it up several times but was never contacted by anyone to tell me whether I was successful or unsuccessful. Obviously I was unsuccessful, however it would have been nice to have been told after everything I prepared for the interview.
