Very simple, straightforward interview process. Stage 1 - Teams Meeting (about yourself, previous experiences, what you know on the company/brand and role itself, basic questions) Stage 2 - Task (develop a presentation on a brand of your choice which you believe does the best at social display. 45 minute interview, you present and the employers ask you questions on the task, competency questions and questions on the role e.g how you will get to the office, notice period, expectations etc) Pretty easy, and straightforward. However, at the end of my final interview stage. I asked how soon would I hear back. Was given a good timeframe, and told that whether candidate is successful or not, you will get a email to let you know instead of waiting around. I received no email, no calls of any feedback. Emailed employer myself twice, no reply, called up and no answer.
