it was 2 stages ie a phone interview 1st that i passed then a meeting and exam were i passed and was offered the job and employed for job.

The interview was about 45 Minutes long. Interview questions for about 25 minutes, then role play about placing an order. Then a personality test. Interview process was straightforward and I was told after the interview that I was successful.
