I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NAVEX in May 2022
Interview
Hiring manager was overtly aggressive, which was off-putting from the start. He shared that he “wasn’t sure I was qualified” and then proceeded to extend an offer for the role 24 hours later. When I requested time to make my decision (having multiple offers on the table), he called me, asked why I hadn’t accepted and what would change in a day that I should get extra time. Rather than encourage me as a leader or show NAVEX’s desire for me as a candidate (like every other firm I spoke with), he was incredibly interrogative during our follow-up call. I then received a call from HR 2 hours later rescinding my offer. I have NEVER experienced such a profound lack of professionalism in my life.
Had one initial meeting with the HR manager and she was pleasant and easy to communicate with. She had a lot of questions typical to a hiring manager due to the internal dynamics of the role
I applied online. I interviewed at NAVEX in Sep 2025
Interview
2 interviews, one being a mock role play, one with the hiring manager. They do want 3 days in office as well and have a bench program where you can sit for months.
30 mins with a recruiter and then a 1-hr meeting with a VP of Sales. Typically there are more steps but an exception was made. An offer was extended a few days later.
