The interview process was through hirtation/an automated interview website. They allowed you to record your response twice and let you select which take was the best. It did not feel personal since the questions were generic.
After applying through the career portal I got an email asking for a video interview (automated). It was the typical recorded interview and was asked about technical knowledge, problems I had solved, and why I wanted to work at NBC. I didn’t hear back, which is typical, but a hiring manager in the sports division saw my resume and called me asking if I was interested in applying for another internship position there (didn’t get that one either, but was nice to be considered).
