Very First Round was Tech Talk, some unusual idiotic technique to shortlist further candidates,
there were about 30-40 topics mentioned and we were asked to choose one and speak on that for about max 2 minutes,
i choose BIG DATA and spoke confidently for about 2 minutes,
But after that round they didn't shortlist me, i don't know why, what they wanted.
This was not expected of reputed company lilke NIIT, It seems like company's talent aquisition is in wrong hands, few imateurs are just playing with the future of candidates and money of company.
We didn't even get to showcase our skills in written aptitude or face to face inteview rounds.
Please don't waste time for this company, they are just doing this job drama for company promotion.

The interview process includes 2 Face-to-Face interview , one was completely technical and other was blend of technical and HR , as I applied as a fresher the level of questions were manageable for me .
