Completed an online application which was followed with some online tests. A couple of months was invited to a phone interview and then shortlisted for the assessment center. At the assessment center, they were 8 other individuals for two positions. We had a number of activities that were were assessed on. First an individual activity in which we had to evaluate information and choose the best option. Second activity was an individual interview with behavioral questions and the last activity was a group activity where we had to prioritise how to use a limited amount of resources
