I submitted my resume and cover to the listed email address and received an invitation to come to the office for an interview. I was asked to bring materials from a previous event I had planned and prepare a presentation of the participant's experience at that event from beginning to end. I really enjoyed the opportunity to take charge of the interview and present projects I had worked on. At the interview, I met with 4 different members of the marketing team. They were very willing to answer my questions, not only about the job but about career direction and personal development. It lasted a couple hours, but it was the most enjoyable interview I've ever participated in.
