The interview process was straightforward. After sending in my CV I was contacted soon after by Hanaa, one of the recruiters, who arranged a remote meeting to discuss compatibility, this was a pleasant informal chat and she made me feel at ease, also answering any questions I had. Following this I was invited to an in-person interview. I was busy on the proposed date but luckily Hanaa was very accommodating and managed to slot me into an alternative date on very short notice. The interview involved networking with current team members and also other applicants and two individual chats with questions from current GPs, lasting only 15 minutes each. Overall the team were very welcoming and the the networking was an enjoyable break between the individual interviews. The whole thing didn’t take more than 90 minutes.
