Superbly poor communication the entire way through from every level of the organisation. I was contacted via LinkedIn and every question I asked via email was ignored. One of my interviews was cut short for an emergency on their end and I was promised a second call to finish questions, my emails were ignored. Promised comms a few times and ghosted, then told not proceeding with me without any feedback. I was offered a session for feedback which I requested and was again ignored. I’m glad it didn’t work out if their communication is this poor with candidates.

5 rounds of interviews with several senior leaders and recruiters. Great conversations and really great feedback from the recruiter and then I got ghosted for 2 weeks despite efforts to follow up. Really disappointing also to see the ad re-posted while being in the process. Even if it’s automated via LinkedIn - why have that as a recruiting strategy? Very strange experience in all, difficulty getting responses and a messy scheduling experience as well.
