Interviewed by x2 fairly junior GPs . There was a mingling period beforehand . Questions I was asked : give me an example of a time you had to adapt to a new way of working , why Neko , how would you explained to a patient pre-diabetes
I applied online. I interviewed at Neko Health (Manchester, England) in Mar 2026
Interview
The process had two stages, first was an online video call with a recruiter with typical questions like why Neko, what do you know about the company, tell my about your CV. The second was a recruitment event, where we could meet and talk with other candidates and also people who presently work for the company and then would break out for 2 short interviews, which had some more clinical skills and culture fit type questions. I really enjoyed the event - which is not something you can often say with interviews, and it gave a great impression of the organisation.
I interviewed at Neko Health (Stockholm, Stockholm)
Interview
The interview was classic but seemed hurried, only around 25 minuted for 2 rounds. There are behavioral questions that seem unnecessary as the role does not involve much coordination or system thinking.
