First interview was with the hiring manager for the region. I was required and offered a clear understanding of the market and the call points. I also offered a knowledge of the portfolio from research on the Web and through customer experiences. The second interview was with the District VP. Same demonstration of success factors. The final interview was face to face with the hiring manager, where the scope of the job and functions were laid out to me very clearly and professionally. Overall a very professional group. Constant communication from both the recruiter (System 1, Shanna Pentecost) and hiring manager. Very smooth process with feedback offered at every step. Internal process was very smooth regarding on-boarding documentation. One contact, again, very professional.
