I applied through referral. The application process was smooth in that after applying online through Jobvite, I received an e-mail for an interview in about a week. The interview itself was relaxed and it consisted of two hiring managers. They were genuine and friendly and talked about the position, their expectations, and the challenges of the position. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and the questions consisted of situational questions, my knowledge of the company, and elaborating on my resume.
