I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NeoGenomics (Aliso Viejo, CA) in Sep 2020
Interview
Two days after submitting my application, a lead talent engagement got in touch with me. I applied for two shifts and they were very nice to take my preferred shift into consideration. Then a week later, I was set up with a phone interview with one of the hiring managers. The phone interview was about half an hour, and the hiring manager was very friendly and informative. It took several days to hear back, but was invited for an onsite interview. It was great seeing the lab, and the hiring manager who interview really made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I was told that they had another candidate to interview, and I would hear back within a day or two and I actually got an offer the day after my interview.
Pretty short process once they asked for an initial interview. One video call with a supervisor and then an in person lab tour + second "interview" that was more just talking about my resume and going in depth about the position/company. Heard back in about 2 weeks for the job offer but declined because I got a better one.

Interview
A phone screening, then an in-person interview. Standard questions about experience, availability, personality, etc. The interviewers were friendly and professional. Takes a while to hear back, though. Wish the job listings were clearer about what they're looking for, as it doesn't really seem like they only want a high school diploma.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NeoGenomics (Aliso Viejo, CA) in Jan 2023
Interview
It was very dry process. It was caring, however it was rendered very distant. Did not get the job. It was actually very hard to answer several questions. They were very specific on what they wanted.
