Phone Interview with HR to get to know you and about Nestle's values and brands, SMART based interview with management. Then prepared analysis which was presented to the team. Overall the process was simple.
Efficient interview process. Standard questions asked without any trick questions. Asked about practical things done in your past roles to see if you are a good fit. Looking for candidates with experience.

Interview
First there was a HR Screening (telephone).
Then round 1 interview + case study with hiring manager (MS Teams)
Lastly round 2 interview + case studies with hiring manager and another member of the team (MS Teams)

Very long. Three back to back 45 min interviews. Too many behavioral questions. The first round was a recruiter. And then I went straight to the final panel. Was told I need 12 different examples to be able to talk through and couldn't use the same one twice
