Based on the data shown, what problems/issues do you see? What would you investigate next?
Very long. Three back to back 45 min interviews. Too many behavioral questions. The first round was a recruiter. And then I went straight to the final panel. Was told I need 12 different examples to be able to talk through and couldn't use the same one twice
