Efficient interview process. Standard questions asked without any trick questions. Asked about practical things done in your past roles to see if you are a good fit. Looking for candidates with experience.
Very long. Three back to back 45 min interviews. Too many behavioral questions. The first round was a recruiter. And then I went straight to the final panel. Was told I need 12 different examples to be able to talk through and couldn't use the same one twice
