First, I spoke with the recluter, after with the Director. We agreed to move forward the process, and I had several interviews (two with managers and another one with two engineers).

Interview
The hiring manager reached out to me to gauge my interest and brought me in for a 60 minute chat very quickly. I had a full day of in person, one on one interviews with managers throughout the organization. I had lunch with the team I would manage and a one on one interview with one of the engineers. New Relic made me feel comfortable and welcome, and responded promptly to all my requests and questions throughout the process.
