New Western interview questions

Took a personality test. Did a short interview with a recruiter, then two others from different departments. Final third interview was the longest with random questions, wasn't expecting it, but okay. Part of the process. But three interviews to get turned down was a waste of time.

The interview process was great! A quick phone call with a recruiter, then a virtual interview with a manager, then going to the office for a ride along. During the ride along you get to sit in on a morning meeting and then go see a property with the training manager.
